Refund Policy
At Steelix Web Design, we are committed to client satisfaction. However, by engaging our services, you acknowledge that time, effort, and resources are invested from the start of the project, including planning, communication, and setup work.
Refunds may only be considered if no substantial work has been delivered and the project has not entered development or production phase. Once a project is delivered, partially or fully, and especially if approved by the client or used in any way, refunds will not be issued.
If you are unhappy with a service and no official delivery or usage has occurred, you may request a refund. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to steelix@gmail.com or by phone at +84 33 304 62227 prior to any delivery or deployment of the project.
No refund will be granted for dissatisfaction based on changes in client priorities, budget, or communication breakdown beyond our control. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to terminate any agreement at any time, especially in the case not receiving feedbacks from clients, abusive behavior, or irreconcilable differences in communication or expectations. In such cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion for the portion of the work not yet completed.
